Pet Policy
Dog breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Bull Mastiffs, Doberman, Chow, Great Dane, Hound, Husky, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, or any mixes of these breeds. This list is subject to change.
Cats are also allowed.
All dogs are restricted to a maximum weight of 20 lbs. per pet.
A nonrefundable pet fee of $250 is required for each pet.
A $30 pet rent will be due each month for each pet in addition to your monthly rent.
