Pet Policy

  • Cats only.
  • $200 cat fee, per cat. This is a one-time fee and it is non-refundable.
  • 2 cats per household.
  • We will also need current vaccination records & a photo of the cats.
  • Caged pets are allowed with confirmation from the leasing office.
  • We do not accept dogs at Westgate. (Except Service Animals or ESA with proper documentation and approval from the leasing office)
