Pet Policy
Dog breed restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Bull Mastiffs, Doberman, Chow, Great Dane, Hound, Husky, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, German Shepards, or any mixes of these breeds. This list is subject to change.
All pets are restricted to a maximum weight of 65 lbs. per pet.
A nonrefundable pet fee of $250 is required for pet (cat or dog).
A $25 pet rent will be due each month for each pet in addition to your monthly rent.
