Pet Policy
Our Cherry Hill, NJ apartments are dog and cat friendly!
2 pets max per household
All pets are restricted to a maximum weight of 80 lbs. per pet.
Breed Restrictions include but are not limited to: Akita, Bull Mastiffs, Doberman, Chow, Great Dane, Hound, Husky, Pitbull, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrids, or any mixes of these breeds. This list is subject to change.
A nonrefundable pet fee of $400 is required for each pet.
A $50 pet rent will be due each month for each pet in addition to your monthly rent.
No exotic pets, please!
