Landscapers are set to begin mowing the common areas Monday, April 12th.  All days and locations are weather permitting.

The mowing schedules are all weather permitting and subject to change at anytime. The days each section of housing will be cut-

Monday - U.C maintenance yard, Leasing center, Front half of Falcon Courts North

Tuesday – back half of Falcons Courts North

Wednesday – Garden Terrace, Laurel Hill, Farmhouses

Thursday – Finish Garden Terrace ,Grove Park, Maple Glenn, Holy Crest, Farmhouses

Friday- Scott Plaza, Falcon Courts East and Starlifter

Residents must keep lawns free and clear of yard ornaments, landscaping lighting and toys. All yard ornaments and landscaping lights must be kept in the landscaped areas. Residents are responsible for mowing fenced in areas as well as weeding and maintaining landscaped areas. This must be maintained weekly.

If you choose to refuse all landscaping services from United Communities, please place a red reflector in the front landscaped area. Red reflectors can be requested from the Self Help Office by placing a work order or emailing maintenance@ucmdl.com

Green waste cans- We ask our residents to not use the green waste cans for dirt and rocks. they should only be used for grass trimmings, leaves ect. If you have something that is of substantial weight, we ask that you place a work order with description of yard waste items.
