Amyotrophic Lateral
Sclerosis (ALS) or Lou Gehrig's Disease
In 2002 First Montgomery Group and many others mourned
the loss of a long-term team member who lost a battle
to A.L.S. As a sign of respect and on-going support
of his family for his dedication over the years, First
Montgomery Group held the 1st Annual Auction at the
Annual Holiday Party. Dedicated team members solicited
gifts and donations from valued contractors and vendors.
Both a silent auction and a live auction were held to
benefit Andrew Braun the surviving son of Chris Braun.
The live auction, conducted by Dan Gordon of AVCO
Supply was an amazing success. All in all, the auctions
generated a great start to the education fund in excess
of $10,000. First Montgomery Plans on making the auction
an annual event, so that when the time comes for Andrew's
furthering education, he will be in a position to do
as he chooses.
Contributions or donations for the auction
or the trust are welcomed and would be greatly appreciated.

Sincere Thanks Go Out to All of Those Who Helped, Donated
and Participated in The Auction.
Industry Association
Involvement
First Montgomery is committed to making a difference
and giving back to the communities in which they work.
This is done in a myriad of ways; including donations
of time, monetary, food, gifts and toys. First Montgomery
feels it is through these efforts that they are distinguished
from other companies.
Participation in a local Habitat for Humanity Project
in conjunction with the Southern New Jersey IREM®
Chapter brought together team members and industry contacts
to provide a new home to a family in Camden, NJ. Annual
food drives at each property are conducted in support
of their IREM® chapter. In addition, toys drives
for The New Jersey Apartment Association's Annual Children's'
Holiday Party are held with wide support.
First Montgomery Team Members are sure
to be found at the NJAA Children's Parties, which are
held annually at The New Jersey State Aquarium in Camden
as well as the Camden River Sharks Stadium. In both
instances, children from The Ronald McDonald House,
local hospitals and charitable groups are invited to
spend an enjoyable day with an enthusiastic group of
volunteers.
Housing Causes
As First Montgomery Group is a locally-owned private
company, their roots are in the Southern New Jersey
Area. In an effort to give back to these areas, First
Montgomery Group supports area non-profit housing organizations.
First Montgomery has long supported The St. Joseph's
Carpenter Society in Camden, NJ as well as The James
A. Pindar Affordable Housing Corp. in Trenton, NJ. Both
housing groups are dedicated to providing affordable
housing to those less fortunate.
