a recent rehabilitation of a boarded-up apartment community
which was gutted to the studs, ARC performed every aspect
of the work to exact detail. ARC has performed major
rehabilitations to 7 properties currently in First Montgomery’s
portfolio. Many of these properties, like the 204-unit
Village Square Apartments in Mount Holly, NJ were foreclosed
on by the mortgage as they were mismanaged and neglected
for many years. ARC’s thorough rehabilitations
enable First Montgomery to re-build value and restore
these apartment communities to their original state
at times better than their original. The end result
is a finely-detailed apartment community with modern
features and amenities in established neighborhoods.

renovations of existing apartment communities may be
considered the company’s forte, ARC’s skills
are not limited to renovation, the company constructed
