Halloween
Come celebrate with us at The Village! We will be
hosting a Halloween celebration. Bring your children
and pets dressed in their costumes though the rental
office from noon- 6pm for a Halloween treat. (While
supplies last)
Craft Hour at the Village
The Village will be hosting and providing crafts
along with snacks at the rental office for children
5 yrs. and up. All children must be accompanied and
supervised by an adult.
Thanksgiving Craft Day
Saturday, November 15, 2008 at 1pm-2pm.
Holiday Craft Day
Saturday, December 6, 2008 at 1pm-2pm.
Holiday Party
All residents are invited to our Holiday Party! The
Village will be hosting a holiday party on December
17, 2008 from 5pm-7pm. Please join us for cocktails
and hors d’euvres. RSVP by 12/12/2008 if you
will be attending. Due to the small area of the clubhouse
we are limiting this party to residents only.
Automatic Debit Program
The Village knows that time is something that is
very hard to manage. We try to make living in your
home as stress free as possible with 24 hour emergency
maintenance, online maintenance and management requests
and now our automatic rent payment system.
Have your rent debited from your account on the 1st
of the month for free simply by stopping by the rental
office and completing an authorization form. See us

The Village offers rewards to their residents who refer new neighbors. Refer a friend to move in and receive $300, $400 and $500 off of your following months rent. Check with the leasing office for details.
