The Courtyards Community Holiday Party

The Courtyards Community Holiday Party will be on December 11, 2008 from 6:00 p.m.- 8:30 p.m.
Hors d'oeuvres & Refreshments will be served. There will also be a Gift Card Raffle!

Early Bird Contest

Last months winner walked off with $250.00 and you could be next! It’s simple, pay your rent on or before the first of the month, to be entered into a drawing to receive $150.00 off your next months rent. The Courtyards will pay you to pay your rent on time. Be an early bird and catch the worm!

Credit Cards

Just a reminder, we charge a 2% convenience fee to use Visa or MasterCard to pay your rent. We still offer ACH which pays you 1% for having your rent automatically deducted from your checking or savings account every month. Please contact the rental office for more details.

Renters Insurance

A very important reminder for current residents and future residents alike, every resident must carry a renters insurance policy. These affordable policies cover your goods and possessions due to accidents, be they your fault or your neighbors. It is the very least you can do to protect yourself.

Maintenance Requests

We pride ourselves on great service! Not only because it is our job but also so that we may insure that our property is well-maintained. We can only service your home if you ask. If you think that there is something that requires attention, do not hesitate to ask for us to look at it or to make the repair. We are here to maintain your home and we want your feedback.
